Organizational Conflict Management within the Moldovan Public Sector

Public servants are surrounded by conflicts. However, the majority of public servants in Moldova do not possess the skills and training one should have for conflict resolution. There is little to no literature on the subject matter that could benefit the public sector in Moldova by incorporating the conflict resolution perspective, specifically Mediation for public servants. Preventing and efficiently solving internal disputes is crucial for a productive public administration environment. The current research is intended to analyze the pattern of solving workplace conflicts within the public sector from the Republic of Moldova, to assess the degree of understanding and applicability of Mediation to the public administration system.
